The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) Honors TeleNav CEO with 2008 Most Inspiring Entrepreneur Award

HP Jin recognized as the most inspiring entrepreneur of the year

SUNNYVALE, Calif. – May 22, 2008—TeleNav, Inc., the first company to launch a GPS navigation system on cell phones in the U.S., today announced that founder, president and CEO, Dr. HP Jin, has received the TiEcon 2008 Award for ‘Most Inspiring Entrepreneur’ of the year at TiE’s annual conference. TiE selected Dr. Jin for this award for his achievement in pushing the boundaries of innovation, quality and overall creativity at TeleNav.
