Q: How do I use the TeleNav GPS Receiver?
A: 1. Before using, make sure the GPS receiver is fully charged. 2. Press the button to start the GPS receiver. 3. Read the user guide for your device to learn about Bluetooth® pairing. 4. Set up the Bluetooth connection between your phone and the GPS receiver.

Q: Will TeleNav GPS Navigator work on my carrier or phone model?
A: A complete list of compatible phones and carriers is available here. We are constantly adding new phone models and wireless carriers to our compatibility listing. Even if you don't see your phone or carrier now, please come back for announcements of new or future additions.
Q: How does GPS work?
A: A system of satellites orbits the earth, sending satellite data down towards the planet. The GPS receiver in your device scans the sky for these satellite signals, and triangulates your location based upon which satellites it receives its signal from.
Q: How does TeleNav work?
A: Once you start the TeleNav application, simply enter your destination address or select it from your list of Recent Stops. TeleNav will calculate to route to that destination based upon your current GPS location. As you approach a turn, TeleNav will provide audible driving directions, such as "Turn Left on Main Street." If you miss a turn, TeleNav can re-route you.
Q: How do I sign up for TeleNav?
A: The first step to sign up is to use the TeleNav Store (link). After choosing your wireless carrier and entering your phone number, you will either receive instructions to sign up on your phone (Boost and some Sprint subscribers) or proceed to purchase service on your wireless bill (Nextel) or credit card (most other providers).
Q: How do I change my billing or TeleNav plan?
A: To change your credit card or TeleNav plan, please call Customer Care at 888.353.6284 for assistance. Customers who are direct-billed through Nextel can also change their TeleNav plan by calling Nextel at 866.265.8305.
